Free Candy for Life* Creator Rewards Program — Official Terms & Conditions

1.Program Overview

• The Program rewards eligible customers with store credit for creating original Instagram Reels featuring products purchased from The Swedest Thing.
• Rewards are based on verified Reel performance and compliance with these Terms.
• The Program is a customer loyalty and creator rewards program and is not a sweepstakes, lottery, contest, or game of chance.
• No purchase guarantees a reward.

2.Eligibility

To participate, you must:

• Be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Be a legal resident of the United States.
• Have a valid U.S. shipping address.
• Purchase eligible products directly from The Swedest Thing website.
• Maintain a public Instagram account throughout the verification period.
• Comply with all applicable laws and Instagram's Terms of Use.

The Program is void where prohibited by law. The Company reserves the right to verify eligibility, identity, age, residency, purchase history, and account ownership at any time.

3.Eligible Purchases

Only purchases made directly through The Swedest Thing website qualify. The following are excluded when calculating eligible purchase value:

• Taxes
• Shipping charges
• Gift cards
• Store credits applied to an order
• Refunds
• Promotional discounts
• Complimentary products

The Company may designate certain products, promotions, or orders as ineligible at its sole discretion.

4.How to Participate

To qualify for rewards:

• Purchase eligible products from The Swedest Thing website.
• Create and publish an original Instagram Reel featuring the purchased products.
• Invite @TheSwedestThingCandy as a collaborator on the Reel at the time of posting.
• Tag @TheSwedestThingCandy in the Reel.
• Include any required disclosures and hashtags.
• Keep the Reel publicly available for at least ninety (90) days after publication.

The Company must accept the collaborator invitation for the Reel to be eligible for review. Reels that do not include a collaborator invitation to @TheSwedestThingCandy may be deemed ineligible.

5.Reward Structure

• 5,000 Verified Views → Store credit equal to 50% of the eligible purchase value.
• 10,000 Verified Views → Store credit equal to 100% of the eligible purchase value.
• 100,000 Verified Views → Additional $50 store credit.
• 1,000,000 Verified Views → Additional $100 store credit.

The 5,000-view and 10,000-view rewards are not cumulative. The maximum store credit from any single qualifying order is $250 USD.

6.Verification Period

View counts will be measured exactly thirty (30) calendar days after the Reel's publication date. Only views accumulated during this thirty-day verification period will be considered. Rewards are generally issued within thirty (30) days following verification.

7.View and Engagement Verification

All eligibility determinations, view counts, engagement metrics, and reward calculations are made solely by The Company. The Company may review:

• Views
• Reach
• Shares
• Saves
• Comments
• Audience authenticity
• Account quality
• Engagement quality

The Company's determination shall be final and binding.

8.Anti-Fraud and Abuse Policy

Prohibited activities include:

• Purchasing views
• Purchasing engagement
• Using bots or automated traffic
• Engagement pods
• Artificial amplification
• Fake accounts
• Misrepresentation of analytics
• Violations of Instagram policies
• Removing The Swedest Thing as a collaborator before verification
• Deleting or privatizing the Reel before verification

9.Store Credit Rules

Store credit has no cash value, is non-transferable, may not be sold or exchanged, cannot be redeemed for cash, cannot be applied to previous purchases, and expires twelve (12) months after issuance.

10.FTC Disclosure Requirements

Participants are solely responsible for complying with all applicable FTC endorsement guidelines. Content should include #Ad, #Sponsored, or #TheSwedestThingPartner where required.

11.Content License

By participating, participants grant The Swedest Thing a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, repost, publish, display, distribute, and promote submitted content. Participants retain ownership of their original content.

12.No Lifetime Supply Guarantee

The phrase "Free Candy for Life*" is a promotional marketing slogan. The Program does not provide or guarantee an unlimited lifetime supply of candy, unlimited store credit, or rewards of any kind.

13.Program Changes and Termination

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time.

14.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Swedest Thing shall not be liable for:

• Platform outages
• Account suspensions
• Algorithm changes
• Lost submissions
• Technical failures
• Delayed reward processing
• Indirect or consequential damages

15.Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
