Shipping information

We ship Swedish candy from the United States, so it reaches you quickly. Here is what to expect.

Where we ship: within the United States.

Cost: free shipping on orders of $35 or more (after discounts, before taxes). Under $35, the shipping price is shown at checkout.

Processing: we pack orders by hand and they usually ship within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Busy periods such as holidays can take longer.

Delivery: we ship with USPS. Estimated delivery dates at checkout come from the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Tracking: when your order ships you get an email with tracking. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update.

Heat: candy can soften or melt in hot weather. In a hot area, choose the fastest shipping option at checkout.

Something wrong with your order? If it arrives damaged, missing or incorrect, email info@swedestthing.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the items, the packaging and the shipping label. We will work out a replacement or store credit with you, and refunds where appropriate.

Marked delivered but you can't find it? Check around your home and with neighbors, contact USPS to open a trace, then email us your order number and tracking details.

Changes and cancellations: email us as soon as you can. If the order hasn't shipped, we'll do our best. Once it has shipped, it can't be changed or canceled.
